Unless otherwise requested, Emeraldology ships exclusively through the United States Postal Service because it is the most affordable and eco-friendly option. (There really isn’t a close second in either regard). We will provide the customer with an estimated delivery time and tracking number (when applicable) based on USPS’s standard shipping guidelines.
Orders ship within 72 hours (often much quicker) of purchase unless otherwise posted on the site or shop page. An additional 24 hours may be required during holidays and holiday weekends. Customers will receive an email notifying when the order has been shipped.
Emeraldology only ships to addresses in the United States.
Emeraldology offers free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Shipping costs are calculated in the cart based on the estimated cost to ship each item via USPS. Products are divided into two shipping classes: package items and laundry strips.
- Package items ship for a $4 fee plus $1 for each item in the cart.
- Laundry strips and TrailToobs ship for $2 per item.
In mixed orders (some package items, some laundry strips) the more expensive of the two shipping classes is applied.
Lost or missing packages
Once we ship your order, we have very little control over its journey. Please contact us here if you believe your package is lost or missing. We are happy to identify the issue and resolve it.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. The customer must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email) in order to be eligible for a refund, and is responsible for shipping charges to return the product.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
